Really nice composition and color. The red pot is a very good background for showcasing the details in the snail's shell. It is too bad that the snail's antennaes and eyes are slightly out of focus. The only small suggestion I have would have been to have a point of reference to how small this little guy really is...like a dime, a pencil eraser, or a little finger nail. This would have added to the interest of the photo.

I like this photos colors and how it fades around the edges. I do wish that the head of the snail could be more in focus but know how hard it can be to do macro shots. All in all I think it's a good picture.

Great job getting in so close. Only catch is the focus. Only a bit of the shell and the red pot are focused. Not sure if you were shooting auto or manual focus, but manual might have gotten the eyes or head of the snail in better focus.
Like it though! MAcro isn't easy!

Thanks, still practising, was using auto, keep trying manual without success will get there eventually. :)
