I'm in awe! This is fantastic. The photo is wonderfully focused and the motion in the wings has been caught well. The cropping is slightly out for my liking but its a minor point. Did you use a tripod and sit for hours waiting?

Thank you so very much for a good review and high score! I tryed using a monopod, but they are to fast. I had to hold it with the lens and flash. It was a lot of work holding all that weight and watching through the lens!
