All around terrific photograph. Your shutter speed was obviously set perfectly as the bird is as clear as a bell. Detail, contrast, color, focus and angle are all great.

This is a very beautiful stop action photograph. The hummingbird is super sharp without any blurring. The pose is interesting with the wings standing up. The black background provides excellent contrast.

I like the angel and the overall shot is nice, I do think that the black background seems to rob the bird of its colors, seems to gray them out some, they seem less vibrant. A dark green would have been a better backdrop colors, it would have complemented the golden yellow feathers along the back and enhanced the birds overall appearance. I also think the stop action is a good, not perfect but really very good.

Thanks for the review. I appreciate your ideas but I disagree about the black background. I have some with the green backkground I took today (Sunday) and they do not pop like this one does. I do understand what you are saying. The flash I think is what made the difference. Thank you again!
