Very nice.
Can't have been an easy catch.
Like the contrast with the black and the vagueness of mainly the top front wing.
Just a pity he was not holding his paws out a bit.

This is an awesome picture of this wonderful little bird. The close up and all the detail you see is great. I can't believe that the wings are so clear. I like the way she shows up on that black background too. Just a stunning picture.

Thank you so very much! It was made in the late afternoon! The dark background is trees. When I used the flash it highlighted the bird and when I adjusted the contrast the dark green turned black!
