I really like this macro shot. The flower center almost looks like a pin-cushion with needles sticking out of it. Great focus, clarity, color and I really like close cropping which really brings the subject front and center. Excellent image.

I like the tighter crop, and the colors, detail and focus are excellent..only suggestion I have is to maybe darken just the center of the flower a bit to tone down the hot spot. Donkeyoatey

This is a gorgeous macro shot of a swallowtail butterfly. You have a very close capture with super sharp focus. The colors are nicely saturated. The photo is very well composed. Dood luck with the contest.

That is really close up, dos not get much closer. The captured detail of the markings is amazing. The colors and textures are beautiful and delightful natural. Even the little hears are visible. An excellent entry, best luck for the contest.

good tech skills and centered on your POI. Colors are even and the flower it's on has a nice texture. Since you cropped this, I would go a bit further and crop to remove the green in the upper left corner, it distracts my eye a bit, drawing attention away from the subject. Good luck in the contest.
