Like the symbolism the flag works well with the stone and the seat helps tell the story. I like your border and like that the flag goes past the picture and border, really helps pull your eye to the picture. Maybe pull the fonts down to hit the border and the picture. Will help to separate it from the photo.

Thank you so very much for the remembrance. I know I'm late with the review, but I was at a cat show on the 11th. We took time to remember that day. I knew a lot of people who were in the tower that day. The company I was consulting to at the time was the largest occupier of the towers, Morgan Stanley. One of the women who sat a few cubes from me was frantic when the photos started coming across TV at work. Her husband was at work in the Towers at the time. He was lucky, he made it out OK, well as OK as you can be after such an incident. Unfortunately his brother was not as lucky. He made it out of the building, but did not get far enough away. His body was finally discovered on 12/24/01. It took them so long to dig through all of the rubble. When the towers came down, they demolished a lot of other buildings as well. I knew people who worked at Bank of New York's data center, which was destroyed. They had evacuated their building right after the first plane hit the tower. We had a huge amount of work to do, I was a mainframe networking consultant at the time, trying to recover the division that was at the Towers. I will always remember that day. I was watching TV when the second plane went into the second tower. I appreciate your remembering this day in American history. I will always remember what I was doing and what went on that day. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for such a great and extend review. You must use a lot of time. It is always nice to read through, because you give so much of yourself, and I appreciate it. Glad you like my little contribution to that horrible day. We have different ways of remembering it. Yours must have been very hard. Mine is more trivial. It was the day I stopped smoking. Still it is impossible to forget 911. I watched the TV and could not believe what I saw when the second plane going into the second tower. I am a person who care, and I can assure you that on this special day I was an American in my heart.

Thank you very much. I think a lot of people around the world were Americans in their hearts that day. I think it shocked a lot of people. For most of us in this country, it shocked us out of our belief that "we were safe" in this country from all the "stuff" that was happening elsewhere. Well, we weren't then and I'm sure we aren't now.

Depicts a spirit of adventure with dicipline and control. Colors red, white and blue are embedded into the scene. A very nice visual statement with a short history. liked the lonely bench which shaows solitude-HEK

I have waited to review this piece because I was too emotional when it came out. The impact this piece has on me as an American all I can say its breath taking. Your technical excellence is truly demonstrated with this piece and you story while short very much to the point and right on. Thank you.

Annie, thank you so much for your kind words toward the United States of America.
As my family immigrated to the America, as so many other, who sought freedom, it was a crushing blow on September 11, 2001.

As your country has just witnessed, it tears at the very core of your people.

So many questions, so many answers, but the truth is most fragile.

Thank you.

A wonderful creation for the tragic loss of so many innocent lives! Nice use of the U.S. flag and the empty chair depicting the great loss! Well thought out and may all who lost their lives rest in peace!
