Taking showers with the spiders Mary?? Too funny!l.o.l. A great shot of this mighty spider with wonderful patterns and shadows. Like the angle you captured him with the wonderful framing! Nicely focused with a great non distracting b.g. Maybe he needed the towel to dry off also!l.o.l.

Thanks, my hubby thought I had gone mad when I raced out to grab the camera instead of the container to capture it and put the spider outside :)

Yuck! Not the picture, that is just super..but the idea of this crawling over my head! nice detail, nice composition and a great all around shot. I would remove the little bump on the far left though. Donkeyoatey

I presume this is a spider? Here in the UK I can't remember seeing one of these insects before. Is it dangerous? Yours is a nice quick take of possibly not too an enjoyable scene. My wife has a fear of any and all spiders! Like the diagonal composition. Good job under stressful circumstances!!

Thanks, and yes it is a spider, they are very quick movers but not dangerous. I just have to keep an eye out for the mate as they normally travel in pairs - still looking for that one :)

This one does not look like good to see it the first thing in the morning. I guess anytime is not good. Very nice close up of it and it looks like it is a little hairy on the back. I hope everything worked out find for you.

tile needs cleaned
still somewhat blurry- I have found if I stay further away from the insects and just use the zoom, I can get a clearer shot, or take the shot not zoomed in from as close as I can get w/o bluring, than I crop the pic digitally on the computer- have gotten beatles to print on brints twice their size from an iphone 4 camera using that method.

Now this is something that I would want out in a hurry. Don't think he would have been out of my site until I could do something with hi, This is a eat picture the way you took it. I like the way you see his shadow.

Very nice shot. Love the color and the clarity it gives this shot great presentation. Center of interest is this incredible shot. Technically very sound and the story is very good. Lighting is excellent.
