#10 Ranked Mixed Media Photographer

Is your amigo working up some envy like I am? LOL The vast ocean, with the lovely changing colors acording to the depth, is beautiful and natural. Love the clouds, they add to the sweeping feel. Donkeyoatey

Sorry do not understand your title for this shot! Looks like it could be destined for a travel magazine! Nice classical composition which has a good balance between sky and sea with a little land thrown in. The water colours are simply fantastic to my UK eyes. Good photo, well done!

thank you so much. This photo was posted for somebody who just loves those colors and who's nickname is "Boo", that's all there is to it. Shall I send some warmth and colors to the UK? LOL

Most beautiful scene! No colors like the Caribbean! Planning to go over Christmas, and this photograph is like an invitation to "come soon". Magnificent view! Well done!

Thank you so much - where are you going to?

reply by pattigirl on 14-Nov-2011
Taking a 5 day cruise from Port Canaveral to key West, to Nassau to Freeport, Bahamas. Not really too exotic, but looking forward to just getting away.

Whenever I have the time I'll certainly do, will go to your portfolio, but be patient - I'm very busy and not always with net access. On a boat it's always dependent if you find WiFi spots

Very pretty! The colors of the water are brilliant. I like the DOF and crispness of the photo. Also nice with the land coming in from the left.

Hey Uli, how are you? I'm sure you're out there doing what 1/2 the world would kill to be doing! At least it would be if I was 1/2 the world.

The color of that water is gorgeous, and I love the beautiful clouds on the horizon. Were these forerunners of a storm? We see a lot of skies like this here, and sometimes we're fortunate enough to get some rain out of them. Never seems to be enough though. Take care my Friend. Have a ball.

Thanks again, Wally 1/2 the world. No, no forerunners (that day) just good weather clouds still. The squall came 4 hours later, short and heavy

This has great colors. I like the Seafoam blue of the water as contrasted to the pale blue of the sky. I might have cropped the left side a bit to make the land mass a big bigger, but that is more of a personal choice. I think this is a great piece.
