thank you so much patrice for such kind words and wouldn't it be nice if our world could be at peace with each other, but considering everyne has their own opinions about things and most people don't really have the concept of live an let live,i guess thats why we look forward to what lies beyond this life. no matter what religion or belief.

thank you for the review and taking the time to write one. I used twisted brush and used the brush large bristles which is found on art pro bristles. The colors were used from a reference point from a picture of a lion. Its amazing how just using a simple technique like that can create the texture for you. If you have twisted brush give it a try, not only fun but amazing

Thank you for letting me know. I do mostly photography but sometimes paint. I'm always a bit scared of doing fur though!

give it a try, no one says you have to post it if you can paint then you'll really master some of these digital programs. Myself I had to learn how to do small sketches, couldn't paint if i tired. If you have talent to begin with this can just enhance some of your effects, however painting is a very real talent, graphics I guess can be considered that too, but I would love to be able to do both.

thank you so much Simonka, I beleive life is what you make of it, be it good or bad, I have a rollercoaster life just like most people but I choose to see the brighter side of things, mind you not all the time, thats when I blow things up LOL

However I would like to see more brush strokes in the Lions Mane and more highlights as well as correcting the light source since it seems to be coming from several sources. For example if the light is hitting the lamb on it's back then the dark mane of the Lion would be a lot lighter with highlights.
