Very realistic image of this wolf. Great details and textures to the subject. Well balanced scene and nicely framed. Nice proportions to his features. Good initial impact. Will make a good addition to a story or poem. Very creative picture and a pleasure to view.

A lovely drawing; looking very spontaneous and full of motion in every stroke. Very expressive--focused, with a more than average hint of cunning in those eyes and that wolfish grin. Thanks for sharing!

Not being able to see the original, this is probably a very good likeness. Excellent work, nice composition and those eyes really are something.

Lovely drawing! I especially like how you captured the eyes. How is it using velour pastel paper? Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much for your great review. I like the velour pastel paper especially for painting animals or skin as it gives a soft look. Suzanne

Beautiful work Suzanne. This wolf looks dangerous. His gaze is threatening. An alpha wolf for sure. The tooth on the far left looks like it should sit more upright and may be too large, although I'm sure wolves have snaggle teeth in real life. His ears are gorgeous and his smile is wonderful. cainse

This is an excellent piece! I love the detail, the composition and your choice of colours. The only thing I am not so keen on (and this is purely my view; others may react very differently) is the expression on the Wolf's face. He looks slightly like he has had one too many :D. Nevertheless, I am very impressed with your obvious talent.

I get how hard chalk pastel is to work with , so I really like the way you have done this wolf, I like all the detailing in the fur ans I like the eyes they look mischievious and he looks like he is panting the way you have done the mouth, he just got in trouble hes running a way stopped and it speaks for itself, nice job

Nice work!
This wolf reminds me of little red riding hood. I guess it is the big eyes and the open mouth! I think you did a good job with it!
