I can see that this picture has potential for sure! I am not a photographer but there a few things that bothered my about this photo. While the baby is SO SO cute, it looks like there is some gunk in his eye which is kind of icky. PLease dont take offense! By noticing every detail you will only become a better photographer.

Very cute photograph. When he grows up he will want to kill you for putting him in an elf suit. LOL.. What we do to our kids... how funny. Love the red hair and the expression. Nicely composed and focused, too.

Thanks, luckily I am his Nanna so no blame here, his mother still hasn't forgiven me for some of the outfits I made her however :)

Thanks - yeah he was pretty unimpressed with the whole thing, next Xmas will be a different matter I imagine :)

the colors in this are good
and I like how you've composed the scene, with him leaning into the crib, and that patterned, colorful material he's on, and then the bit of floor
