Now this is just a bit creepy! The coloring has a lot to do with the mood, and the seeming movement of the flames, makes me look over my shoulder a bit uncomfortably! I think you have gotten a picture, of what we see as a rule, only from the corner of our eyes..scary cool! Donkeyoatey

Thank you very much for understanding perfectly what I tried to show! I know you would say that it is creepy. You are right. It is!

Ooh this has a very spooky vibe. Very neat effect used. Love all that fire created and the eerie whisps surrounding both figures. I have no idea how you have done it but I do like the end result

Thank you, very much. The fire is part of the original photo with the woman. It comes from just one candle in her hand but it seems huge because the woman was moving and the shot was taken with long Exposure. The photo of the sorcerer covers the candle.

It is always nice to see alternate approaches. The warm colour really speaks here.I also like the gentle merging of images. Good luck in the contest!

This reminds of the three witches in Macbeth around the cauldron (double, double, boil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble). The composition is perfect and the lighting properly illuminates the figures which surround the cauldron and provides an ethereal mood. The activity in this picture is perfectly centered and pleasing to the eye.

Thank you very much! I appreciate your kind review and I am honored by your high rating. Shakespeare is one of my favorites. His witches probably sneaked into the picture.

Very cool looking and very scary and magical at the same time. I like it. It is like he is telling her her future or giving her a warning. Great job.

Very intriguing capture. Mankind has stepped out of the caves but our fascination with fire remains embedded within us. There is much mystery here that engages the viewer's eye. Your creative talents are very much on display as are your post processing techniques. I cannot see any "layered" blunders and the picture is of smooth quality. You have captured here a feeling and it appears have used effectively the visual elements of design to invoke feelings within viewers - a warm comfortable feeling of dreams, warm because of the fire and also the tone of warm orange hues. Let me address your usage of negative space which compliments the positive in balance and harmony thereby giving symmetry to your composition. Your colour arrangement of the soothsayer placed to the left, although bright is a complimentary colour byte to the rest of the image, and he is placed into our beloved "grid" placement. I like the fact that there is no additional information for the viewer in the background for it would have overwhelmed us. You have presented this in a horizontal format with diagonal lines asking the eye to meander and study more closely and it has worked. One can tell that you are an imaginative and creative and fun loving person but with depth. I was intrigued by this image and enjoyed getting lost in your creativity...que bueno, muchissimas gracias para usted and FULL MARKS...no cabe duda.

Very interesting. When I first read the title, i thought of the 60's song 'Up, up and away' by the Fifth Dimension, if you were in the States for that era. i guess her spirit was exactly that!!

This is interesting the way you have done it. I like the way you have to look for the people in this. I think it would have been better if you had cropped just a little off of the left. Good luck in the contest.
