Mohamed Alea?? Great likeness and especially the eyes. The disease just must be like a slap in his face. Poor man! Excellent drawing of the King and the details are truly remarkable David!

Very nice portrait of the champ here. I like hoe you made him youthful and strong. You captured his personality with the excellent work on his eyes. The shading and soft detail is masterful. Also the light reflection off the gloves especially the right hand well done too.

David, very good likeness and upper body is excellent, What happened to his famous abs? Suggest you either crop up to right below his gloves or give him some abs.

This is a wonderful depiction of a very famous man. I know that boxing is a sport and that it has been responsible in a lot of ways for giving disadvantaged youth, a chance in life. However, I personally see the brutality of the sport. The composition here is great, the dark boxing gloves in their position create the illusion of the subject's stance. His eyes/face is very well done and the way it has been positioned on the paper creates additional interest. Well done my friend, Cyn

oh I love it Pammy. You have really captured the likeness well. Great pose chosen, it is a wonderful tribute to the man himself. You have captured him in his prime, what a heartbreaker. Great use of shading and very well drawn. I want to see more of that fine body though ;)

yes well said david f and nicely presented to. i watched the original broadcast of 'the rumble in the jungle' and as i became a fighter myself, it must have effected me on a level i can't explain. your picture depicts a much earlier time and has new kid on the block feel. a portrait of meaning and character. the gloves are so clever in shading.
