Great focus on this and dof, I would of liked to see all the bird, But that is just me. Amazing colours, We do not get these in the UK.

The focus on this female cardinal's feathers is really awesome! Detail just jumps off the page! The lighting and DOF are superb. YOU really nailed a stunning shot!

Nice bird. I've never seen a cardinal close up before, so it's nice to be able to see the detail on her. It does look like she is a bit angry about something though.

beautiful close up of this cardinal, it can really show of it's colouring, every detail very clear. It looks almost angry though with that "stare", may be it didn't like to get clicked while eating.
