Very very good shot of this bird. The most striking part of the image is the black feathering around his eye and beak. The colour red is very striking and the detail is great.

This guy sure is a camera hog! lol It's a great composition. Wonderful POV. Clarity and focus are outstanding. Can't believe how detailed his feathers and beak are - and of course, that eye. Guess he figures he'd better pose for you so he gets his dinner! Nice bg, too. Let's him really pop. Nice work.

Nicely captured with the red playing well off of the complementary green soft background.
