A great shot! Love the details and colors. The lighting and DoF are great. Center of interest and presentation are very good. The colors of the Great Blue Heron stand out very nice against the reflections on the water. Thanks for sharing, Eileen

Wow, Willie. How do you do this? I went fishing today (in Texas it is warm enough). I spotted a heron from a distance, and was hoping I (not the bird) could catch a Crappie. The bird flew off before I could get close, and I did not catch a Crappie. You captured both in this great photo, with great focus, composition and exposure. Excellent work!
