How wonderful as the children are dressed all alike and performing on the street with a rather large audience! Nice shooting Maria and the image is sharp in focus and well framed to show all the children performing! Nicely done!

This is neat the way you took this. You must have been pretty high to get so many of them in the picture. I like the way they all look. Interesting that you think they should all be doing the same thing and yet so many of them look different. This would have been better if you could have gotten a little close up shot. You have it listed in the wrong category. You have it listed under traditional art and it is a photograph.

u are right about the photo that i didnt know that i put it under tradision art well but this is not the first one there are even digital art a bit confusing i will see that next time it would be on the photography, about this photo altough i am not a photographer but i took this photo from my balcony, because i didnt even knopw that it was the children s carnival they really did well and i really enjoy seeing them dancing in my street the big one will be in the city valletta very nice big flout and fancies decorasions with the king of carnival, these last 2 days the weather was super nice, because it was really bad , now i tell u ann about the photo that i took i8t from my balcony and i call it photo in action and movement, if u notice the backgrouind it is the tower that has a 500 years i took the other photo so u all can see the backgroun and i wrote somthing about it, there where many other dancers and this tower itried to bring it and the dancers with a story that i do not think alot of u understand me wellremember that this is a simple photo camera and with out going on my coputer to add colours , this was the real colour of what the camera saw and took nothing added or less, hope u understand me as a real teacher icouldnt bring all the dancers in action because they where moving this is my opinion, tks for your onest comment

i like this maria you have captured the movement & motion very well & i like the bright bit at the rear-adds initial impact to an otherwise darkish photo & adds depth too, ilike the bit of sea showing at top right too helps understand where it,s at- there is one problem though maria-YOU,VE POSTED IT AS TRADITIONAL ART wheras it should be in photography section, regards adrian

Very interesting shot. I like that all these people are a mass of color just standing and watching but all this movement in the foreground in black and white make for a very interesting shot. Well done.

beny i cant understand u photographers why, i tell u true i am not proffecinal, just an ordenery person what i took an action photo with movements , in my opinion i took what i beleive it was good while the girls where dancing i took the shot and while people are watching that was from my kitchen balcony, there are other photoes to take for posing modeling and other things that for me is another teory and the background that is the old tower of 500 years ago, so now i will send enother one with all the t5ower behind, that is my opinion remember i wasnt there as a photographer , i dint know that it was going to be in my stree, hope u did understand me tks alot for your comment, table.

This is a very impressive looking celebratory photograph. Your camera effectively captured performance uniformity of the foreground participants, and the onlookers are all intensely focused on the actions of the performers. The structure highlighted by the sun gives an added 'bright shine' to this picture.
