You have a great subject here for all kinds of photography. This photo though does not do full justice to the scene. Your photo has good composition and is very sharp. Unfortunately there is a problem with the exposure. I feel that it is rather over exposed leading to too many dark areas. This is a pity as otherwise it would have been a very good shot. If possible return and try again with positive exposure compensation. Or put the image into software, select dark areas and increase their brightness.

You have a great subject here for all kinds of photography. This photo though does not do full justice to the scene. Your photo has good composition and is very sharp. Thanks, unfortunately it is not possible to return as I am in Australia and the falls are in New Zealand and one of the traps when touring is that the shots are rushed due to time constraints. Will have to learn how to do what you suggest in software.

You have a great subject here but your images suffers from excessive contrast. The water at the top is totally white from over exposure and most of the image is too dark with no or little detail visible.
Contrary to the common belief, bright sun does not provide the best photography opportunities. In this image, to tame the contrast, as it is a scattered cloudy day, if you had waited for a cloud to pass in front of the sun, the overall image contrast would be reduced. The water at the top would not be so bright and you would also be able to capture detail in the black areas.
The bright green object on the left is out of character with the balance of the image and should either be toned down to harmonize with the image or be cropped out.

Nice image of a beautiful place. I wonder how many 'rainbow falls' there are worldwide? I know of about 6 of there here in the states. I'd lighten the mid tomes as to bring out the details of the trees on either side. Since they take up so much of the image, should see more detail from them.

It is a very nice looking falls, but it seems a little dark on the side. The darkness seems to help to highlight the falls, but I think it may be a little better if the sides were lighten up.

Thanks I have had a few similar suggestions so will have a look at other shots taken at same falls to see if any have better lighting. :)

Thanks so much, have had a few suggestions in regard to darkness so hopefully this will improve if I get chance to view such magnificent size falls in future.
