Such beautiful little flowers! The way this picture looks just gives a nice definition of the beginning of spring when the flowers are starting to bloom. I wish these kind of buds were around where I live, but I'll just happily look at the daffodils, cottonwood blossoms, and tulip tress ^^ A really nice picture and great shot.

Where do you live? They are pretty hardy and could grow most anywhere. Maybe not Florida. Thanks for the review.

I live up in Alabama. Who knows maybe there are some around, just not near me. And your welcome.

I love bleeding hearts as well. My grandmother had a plant, cuttings went to my mother and I've moved the bush 5 times myself. Every Spring they pop up again and I just love to see them again. Here they are haphazardly growing and Ilike the way the natural light has highlighted a few. Great shot my friend. Cyn

Thank you Cyn, yes, they speak of a time past, like if you let them they would come up forever because they always have!!

This is such an all encompassing and embracing image that by virtue of the rich colour gives not only tremendous visual impact but strikes at our emotions as well, for after a long winter this sight is miraculous to behold!

COMPOSITION
The way you have shot this is very good for what you want to say. You want to show us the vast array of beautiful hearts and so you did this well by putting it all into a wide horizontal placement and our eyes enjoy the journey of discovery.

See those yellow pops dead center? Can you clone them out as they vie for attention and they get it, they are not part of this canvas. This is merely a suggestion but can you see how that yellow, that very bright yellow I would like to emphasize, yanks on the eye? (no mark deduction as this is your artistic prerogative I honor).

TECHNIQUE
Your focus is appropriate for the subject, dof, exposure, ambient light all well handled to make a very strong and appealing image.

Your POV is appropriate for this shot albeit common.

I love the colour saturation and if you manipulated it you did well and if you didn't manipulate it you did well.

This indeed reminds one of spring and I for one am so glad to see it arrive. Thank you for your bouquet of wonder.

Ok, thanks for your honesty, enthusiasm and awesome writing in this review--how does one get all of those in a single review isn't easy--but it's your specialty. I will clone out the yellow spots. Actually hadn't seen them! Paula
