This is an awesome picture the way you took it. I like that you see so far down the room and the way all the barrels look. I like the angle that you took this so you see some of the top of the cave where they are stored. Did you get to taste any of the wine. Nice write up to go with the picture too. An excellent and interesting picture.

Thanks Anne, got to taste some and bought a couple of bottles of Verdelho which is a beautiful white wine to go with Asian foods. The liquers which are stored in these barrels were very nice also but I had already spent my budget - good excuse to go back :) Mary

this is a beautiful image. i love the composition.The highlight details in the door opening are over exposed and blown out, i would go into your histogram and oull the highlights back, some of the detail may be able to be recovered, you can also adjust in with highlights or recover in lightroom, i also would do a slight color balance to the cooler side, beautiful work

This is a very nice photo and I really like the unusual subject. The wine cellar seems to be a fine place to retire to when it is too hot outside. All you need to bring with you is a comfortable chair and a wine glass. LOL
Your photo is nice and sharp all the way through with nice and clear details. I also think you have handled the light very well. The doorway in the distance is over exposed and also the light from it on the floor. In this case I think it actually add something to the photo and don't take away. It also work as a lovely contrast between the warm light inside the cellar and the harsh light outside.
Your POV is perfect creating very fine leading lines and an excellent DOFF. This cave like resting place for wine looks really great and I like the textures of the walls and ceiling. An all together well taken photo with very good balance.

I really really like this. It makes me want to walk into the photo. The angle is excellent, you have a combination of wood and stone ,rough and smooth.The colors blend so well. I love the story it has behind it. Focused really well.

very nice shot, evan although from the door opened over exposure but not changging the beautifully of your shot. detail and lighting inside this beers cave were exsotics ones. composition ideal and compact. very strong and characteristics image. well done
