They are noisy creatures, I know that well. But I like them for their wonderfully bright colours. Your image has some noise in it, and the colours are unfortunately washed out. A better composition might have been to wait until the birds were sitting on a branch that was unobstructed, so that your viewer can enjoy them without all the leaves in between. But thanks for showing me these lovely creatures again.

The shot seems just a bit grainy but the beautiful colours of the birds shines through! Your image is enjoyable, well composed, sharp and has good exposure. I have liked looking at it and reviewing it. Very nice photo, well done!

Soon cute! These exotic birds in their exotic world! A very colorful picture with a nice angle of framing of this little scene where two live creatures share the enchantment of their day. A very nice job! Thank you for sharing this picture with all of us on this site. Pictures like this one make one's day! ;)

They sure are very colorful and a very cute bird. Nice work to lighten the tree, but if you could use a noise filter on it and see what you think. Maybe it is mating season for then is while they are so loud.

Lovely subject matter. Picture is a bit grainy though. I would have like to see the bottom bird in full as well. But a good attempt overall - I like the contrast of the bright birds with the pale leaves. Nice try!

Mary, another great shot of your favourite alarm clocks. They are great subjects. This is a better composition than alarm clock no.1, colours are much brighter and I do like the light on the tree branches and leaves. Your software excursion worked well. I also think you were woken up a little later on the day. Excellent focus and DOF. I think you are paying them to pose. Well done.

Thanks Terry, must admit I was a bit slower getting moving this morning, I started packing for my weekend away then took camera outside :)

Seems to be a purplish cast over the branches but i assume that this is natural. Lovely composition, colors and clarity.
