How wonderful to have these flowers in your garden! It is beautifully shaped. I see no lighting differential on the flower. Perhaps the flower was shaded?

I did nothing to the picture. It is just as it is. thankds Brooklyn.
Great focus and color melissa, since some of your purple petals are cropped out I may have tightened the crop into just the white petals, giving a good close up of the whites and yellow. The most beautiful part of the flower showing. Good eye on thirds and a nice clean shot.

I didn't want you to see my legs in the shot. If I knew more on how to take them out the other petal would be in there. Thanks heeda for all you suggestions and help, you are making me better, I think.
