Definitely wouldn't like to meet this creature on a dark night, as is very scarey, but looks like it would make a great illustration for a horror book. Best wishes.

Wow, this is a sweet looking creature and I mean that in a bad-sweet sort of way. You have done an excellent job here and a lot of detail has gone into this. I wish the pic was bigger though. Now, go straight to Hollywood and tell them you have their next nightmare creature.

Wow, this is seriously one of the best pieces I've seen so far. Very good grasp of the body (limbs, muscles etc.) and the shading is perfect. Hmm, I don't have anything critical to say, so great job, and I hope to see more of your art soon.

A rather frightening being you've conjured. You have some nice conceptual detail that indulges in the intricacies of muscle tone, ribbing, functionality of joint and ligament and exagerated proportions and appendages. Even though your creature's face is focused away from head on confrontation, his grasp, the frail like element giving him a starved, hungered look...down to the fine hairs and scales, and the essence of his imagingings is very effective in conveying a monsterous entity with an unappealing draw.

I love the b&w shading aspect of this picture, somehow it makes the creature more formidible and mystifying - I wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night!
