Your notes once again are fascinating and moving. Thank you for them. I love the bright green of the uniforms. Along with the flag, they just pop out of the picture. Nice balanced composition. Excellent work!

nicely done,,yep I was remembering this too,,its funny as a child we were thought about the bombing in Japan and that they surrendered that ended the war, but we forget that the fighting continued in this part of the world and it was brutal,,well done my friend,,love those faces they look very real and earnest

Truman was against dropping the bomb so he asked the joint chiefs to calculate how much would it cost UA to do a basic land invasion. The answer came back about a million casualies. Harry knew then the bomb would have to be dropped. Thanks for the great review

This is a great one mark. The narrative hits so close to home. Most people have no clue about the idea that it is ordinary folks that are thrown into the middle of incredible drama, death, destruction and see and have to do things that they would never even consider in Real Life. It is a tribute to All of us who did our duty and were fortunate enough to live to tell about it. Great job here Mark ~ Steve

This is a great one mark. The narrative hits so close to home. Most people have no clue about the idea that it is ordinary folks that are thrown into the middle of incredible drama, death, destruction and see and have to do things that they would never even consider in Real Life. It is a tribute to All of us who did our duty and were fortunate enough to live to tell about it. Great job here Mark ~ Steve

You have so much talent and I really enjoy your work especially at this time of year, your tribute to the veterans mean a lot to me. I love the raising of the flag where ever it flies and it don't hardly get the respect like it use to. Thins have changed since the days that I grew up in, just remember there are a few of us left.
