This is a very nice capture of a woodpecker. i like the pose of the bird with the beak being at an angle. The focus is sharp. There is a good neutral background. The colors are nicely saturated.

I love this. Your focus and detail is excellent. Your blurred background is perfect. Your composition is excellent. I wish you had tilted your flash up a bit for the sake of his eye but it is still beautifully captured. Avery beautiful looking bird. Not permitted to give you a 6 or I would. Bren

This was taken in the early morning. He came up the side of my feeder and was lookinf at the sun. The light that time of day is almost perfect. Thanks!
