I like the black and white effect on the background. I like the way the colored subject stands out. I would have cropped out the headless person on the left. Her glittery top is a bit distracting.

Very nice use of the saturation, it really puts the bride and groom and focus and makes them stand out. I rather like the lighting, and the only change I would make, is to remove the glare on the glasses of the lady just ahead of the wedding couple. For some reason it just kept pulling my eye.
