No dragon; there is non; but I don't know, it seems to me as if there is a Sea Serpent right beneath the surface, ready to devour the ship. The colors, the background and the ship are fine. All the sails in the strong wind blown full up and the flag standing straight, but shouldn't there be some higher waves with the wind blowing that strong?

knew my eagle eye would catch something LOL. I even asked my husband about that one since I've never been at sea. he said the sails were off, the first two sets were right but the last set of sails weren't fully open like the first two, I had already put over 60 hrs in to this piece and asked his opinion when I thought i was finished, so I had hoped no one would catch my error and said forget it LOL
problem is I still don't have the idea of how the waves would look with the sails and visa versa..need some help here my friend
what would i do without you

Wonderful use of blue and white in this seascape scene. Like the position of the boat with its portrait effect. The sky is simple enchanting and makes this viewer want to be aboard on the bow with the wind in the face like the shot of Dicaprio on the Titanic. Well done

wish I could do this type of work with traditional oil and canvas but that's one thing I love about digital, make a mistake and clear the layer, don't like the colors, change it and blending colors are so much easier. the main brushes i use on Twisted brush are different size of brushes just like traditional, except the filters make it perfect for detail on wood, the colors and effects. No way could I turn this type of work out on oil and canvas
    thanks again Marieann
