What really caught my eye with this upload is the explosion of movement which coincides with that statue, that Cricketer. What a mind boggling juxtaposition!
The cricketer is a solid statue frozen in movement bronze, but the energy that is emanating from the lights and sky (top of buildings) just adds so much oomph and visual excitement.
That diagonal slant of shadow further adds energy. I love the spookiness of the image as well....there are no humans, the street is isolated, yet there is all this surreal movement.
You have balanced this upload well, all is straight and that leads to pleasant viewing. I bet viewers are going to tell you about the three grid and how NOT to put anything into the center....well, the balance of this image is so well done that I'm happy to see you broke the rule which only goes to show us all that rules are for fools. If anyone docks you marks for that central placement, just tell them to go and eat their lens caps for they know not what they're on about.
You haven't said anything about your technical handling in your software program but what you have accomplished is very visually impactful (is that a word?).
The play of light and shadow gives this a meaning that wouldn't be the same during a brightly lit day, your choice of ambient light is well handled. The saturation also enriches this image, it is rich and the image is very well contrasted. Your pov is perfect, dof is appropriate, colour palette lovely.
You have presented it in a large sweeping horizontal format....perfect for our eyes to wander about freely and our ears to hear that crack of a bat coming from the frozen image. Lovely....
