I don't have hummingbirds and have never fed them so I love this shot so much to show how beautiful they are and how they can flutter in mid air is amazing. Your title is very appropriate.

Thank you so very muvh for a great review and high score! This was taken last summer. I had the flash mounted on the tripod and the camera was on the monopod. I would focus on the feeder, move off a bit and wait for them to fly into the frame. This takes a lot of time and a lot of waiting and a lot of bad shots.

Well another great picture my friend. You have a knack for bird shots and this is a on par with your other work. Excellent stop action of a humming bird and the color and contrast are right on. Only comment I would give is maybe a tad more room on the bottom for the bird.

I like how we see the back of the foreground hummingbird so well, his bright green colors almost irridescent.
We can also see the patterns on his tail and the length of his beak from this angle.
What a pretty bird.
Like your composition with the backround bird facing front. Like your use of space.
Nice backround color and blur.
Good job of getting the one in focus...so hard with these birds.
