You definitely have captured a warm and fuzzy feeling for everyone walking down memory lane. The absence of great detail is good in this case because the viewer is allowed to experience the wonderful feeling of family without specific details. I like the off-set composition. That's just how kids would be with their dad. Very nicely done.

Thinking outside the box which I like. Not sure if you intentionally wanted to chop off part of dad's head, but my feeling is you did to throw attention onto the children. Greys instead of black and white works very well and I like the grainy texture of the background. Unusual and very interesting image.
