Thank you so very much! This was not a macro lens. I used a 70-300mm lens and got as close as I could then cropped it in even closer.

Excellent full frame close up of this Swallowtail and the flower. Fantastic clarity and superb detail in the well composed capture! Blue background is wonderful and complimentary to the foreground subjects. Great work for sure! A pleasure to view!

This is a terrific macro shot. You made the butterfly look up close and personal. The focus is really sharp. You have good contrast. You have good color harmony.

Hi Willie, very nice shot, sir. You do some great macros. Wonderful detail in the butterfly and the blossom. Did you have a pretty closed aperture to captured so much detail. Obviously, you did a great job of being pretty equal distant from all the parts that matter. Nicely done, sir!
