This is a very nice painting of the Aurora. Most times you see them painted they dont have the softness and the glow that you have captured here. My husband is an Aurora Photographer, so I get to see many photos of them and also to enjoy them out my door. This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing this with us.

We live far enough north that we do see the northern lights a few times a year. This is a wonderful rendition of what they actually look like. The horizon you created is excellent and the over all effect is well done.

As soon as I saw this one I thought of the Northern Lights. they are truely beautiful to actually see. Digital art is intriguing and in my opinion you did a beautiful job. Nice colors.

Lovely mating of complimenting colors, shapes and textures. All of which combine for a wonderful energy. I can see a handlike shape reaching down to touch what appears water. See...it has my imagination working! Mission accomplished. A very nice piece!

I love the shimmery almost irridescent colors here. I've never seen northern lights in person, just in photos, but this looks a lot like what I remember. Good composition, love the curve to the bottom which seems to hold the lights like a cupped hand. Gorgeous!

What a fantastic image! I have not seen this event in real life but your work is just how I image it would look. Using green tones you have managed to capture shapes, light and contrasts. Visually very appealing and ever so well executed. Good Luck in the contest and Happy New Year!
