I seen one flying around last week and anytime I see one I know spring is right around the corner!
I think these birds a very beautiful and its a treat to see them.
This picture is very beautiful. Every time I view your pictures and just when I think I got a favorite you pop up with another awesome picture!

I love this picture. The way her head is turned to give you some reflections in her eyes. The colors are great, the dof is spot on. Saturation, clarity and focus make this just a great shot. Well done. The seed makes it complete.

Excellent full frame shot of the Cardinal. Great details and excellent timing capturing him with his head turned and a seed in his mouth. Very good camera control with good dof selection. Nice color saturation and very good initial impact. Point on exposure with lovely highlights and shadows. Excellent technique and very good good technical excellence.

Excellent composition and positioning of the bird in the frame. Fabulous depth of field with nicely blurred background and great clear features in the bird's face. I like her being off centre and looking into space. Great shot. Taylor
