Know this place well I used to play rugby near this same oval 200 years ago lol.good frame up maybe a faster speed to really stop the action if that's what you wanted? And watch the wire with the focus ,well done

Thanks so much, will put your suggestion to the test next Saturday with the finals - mind you with the wine, cheese and nibbles they may be blurry for another reason :)

Both his feet are lifted from the ground and just about to run. His eyes are so alert to the location of t a ball. This is good capture for the moment and contains high story telling possibility. Thank you for sharing.

I like your notes and attitude, go for it man. For sports I always use my setting where I hold the button down it the camera shoots continually. It helps catch the right moment. Than delete a bunch. Good job--go-go-go

You may not know much about the game, but you got an excellent shot, even has motion to it. You managed to kind of blur out the background so that the players almost look 3D. I like it alot.

nice compostion of them batting, with good distance between the batter and the catcher giving it some depth, nice tone of colour with some detail, .maybe because the image was taken while he was moving its a little blured and needs sharpening, the d.o.p is good ,it helps portray the batter , good effort, and teh suggestions are only a matter of taste

Thanks so much, appreciate your constructive feedback - yeah sport and people are not my favourite for taking photos of but sometimes need to try and stretch yourself. Funny though you put a photo that needs advice and your the only one that has taken time to review (thanks again) - shame as I really would have liked more constructive feedback.
