Hee, Hee, I like this work a great deal. It amuses me but not sure why! It also appeals to me. I like the shape of the head with features outlined in black. The detail over the eyes is very interesting. The hand, arm and shoulder is very fluid and looks like the stem and leaves of a plant. Just read your notes to see that it what you intended, so well done I can see that quite clearly. Love the bright colours with the warm tones and in particular the yellow background. Very apt for the contest. Best Wishes in that.

I guess there is a likeness to nature. The leaves/vines do look like the eyelashes as well. The expression and details of your painting are interesting and a little strange but very creative!
