a nice idea and thoughtful one we tend to forge those who fought for us, your capture is well done taken from a distance and I would have cropped the front to project the main frame it has a sad thyme to it and makes one reflect. good sharp focus and detail, thanks for sharing

Thanks very much, I wanted to leave the green and gold plants in foreground as they represent the colours of Australia and were planted specifically for that reason. Cheers

We must never forget!!

This is a very powerful and emotional subject and one that we all should look at and remember because without those people who did loose there live we would not be enjoying out freedom and liberty as we are doing now, the real sad thing about it all is that we as the human race don't seemed to have learned anything from these days gone by do we.

Thanks so much, I really appreciate your comments - this only shows a small portion of the cemetary - so many young lives lost a sad place to visit.
