I do like the shot, colors are very good and I do like the framing showing where the heron went in and out for the fish and they are amazing to watch. Hard to review when there are no details on settings but its wings are not in focus as you were probably caught in a quick moment with a slower shutter speed. I know how that goes. Thanks for sharing.

Nice stop action Willie and as you say the timing is everything! Beautiful b.g. to compliment the blue with its prize. The lighting is perfect and sure makes the blue stand out nicely! Excellent framing! Did I mention awesome timing Willie??

Brilliant Willie, what an incredible action moment, your camera skills are equalled by the final results here a fabulous photo.
Looks like that heron is walking on water, love the reflections and colours in the water these really make that heron come out of the page but the icing on the cake is of course that fish it has caught.
