Very unusual to see such a well shaded image made with Sharpie or BIC marker. So apparently you had only 3 colors! Wow. The couple stands out beautiful, the sea mirrors the setting sun nicely, the evening red is shaded with tiny dots perfectly. The only improvement that will give this picture the "dot on the I" is a lovely wooden frame, probably best a black one.

No brag I am a sharpie/bic master. I self taught and fought thru the art world to be accepted since 69. Nice work, I like the colors, the contours around the sun. I think it would look better if the dress was not touching the pant leg and there seems to be something not quit right about the shadows, might be right but just doesn't look right for some reason. Must be nice to able to draw.

Great work - fits contest really well. All the best for that!! Lovely warm colours used & created depth also. Great work through but I like your reflections & silhouette work, really added to the feel of the picture - romantic etc - which of course fits in with the theme!

I like the shading with the dots much better than the overlapping line shading. It has a slight pointillism feel about it. The silhouette of the couple is very romantic.
