Elegant! The pose of the egret is super. This should be on an Audubon calendar. The lighting is excellent. The attitude looks like he is ready to go hunting. The branches are a very good prop.

I love this Eileen, it tells her story with out words, the longing look she is wearing to have her old life back. Excellent composition, bokeh, focus, exposure and framing. It has a beautiful painterly effect:)

Kind of a "catwalk" sexy shot..but with an egret! This gave me a smile, and also made me think how much animals and humans are alike..keeping an eye on everything! Nice colors, especially the darker background and perfect blur. Donkeyoatey

I really like this! It looks like he is wearing a dress.
I like the way he is standing.
These birds are rare in my area. There was three of them hanging around the lakes not far from me and was able to get several good shots but none was showing his feathers like this.

Great shot. I love the composition very much. Great pose. The way the winds are hanging down is so cool looking. The shadows are super and give the bird so much more character than just seeing a mostly white shot. Excellent detail as always. Super job!
