Beautiful! The image is well taken, great POV and DOF. The fern leaves in the front really give depth to the waters behind.

Very ice water shot looks like a scene in the rainforest's, unexpected and wild without falling deep, a very nice composition, filling the frame nearly all with water interrupted by these handsome huge stones polished by the waters . The green hanging into the frame are perfect - a super image, beautiful modification, often few is most, all the best for the contest

This is really a lovely photo Eileen, and a very good entry for this contest. You have captured the flow of water so well, and I also like a lot all the fine textures you are showing so well in this photo.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is perfect. I also like very much the clear and natural colors.
What I like the best about this composition is the little branch you have included in the upper right corner. Not only does it work as a nice and natural framing, but it has also given this photo an almost 3D effect. The framing is just perfect. I think this is an excellent shot, and I wish you luck with the contest.
