The distorted reflections on the pumpkin are certainly interesting and very effective. It is a very unique entry for the contest.
I have never seen a metallic pumpkin ornament before. Is it a container for something or just an ornament?
The photography looks excellent to me.

This is such a unique shot and a great entry for this contest. It's not what one would think of when hearing the title of the contest but it works out perfectly as I can see six of you. I like how the lighting is also reflected in this.

Hey My Friend, I didn't make the pumpkin I only took a picture of it! LOL Soon as I saw the contest I went searching for reflective surfaces. When I found the pumpkin I thought it was perfect for the contest and like you said, for the season as well. I'm glad you liked it, Thanks for the wonderful review and wishes for the contest. You found a beauty. You are right those multiple reflections work perfect for the mirror contest, but the picture would work for the Halloween contest as well. I admire the technical perfection, especially the clarity of the reflection. I just wished you would have framed a little bit more generous and not clipped the right site of the pumpkin.

Unfortunately I cannot see the price ticket on the item - would love to know how much the store was charging for this! Very well spotted though and you have taken a very good shot. I can see reflections in the glass. I say glass but it could be shining silver metal, not 100% sure on that. Like your framing, sharp focus and good colours. Good Luck in the contest at voting time.

Next time I go to the mall I'll see what they're charging for the pumpkin. It's shiny silver metal with a few tiny splotches of cream paint on it. Thank you for the lovely review and wishes for the contest. I'm glad you enjoyed the shot!

THank you for the amazing compliments towards me in discovering this and dor thinking I did a great job taking the picture. Both mean s lot to me! I was at the mall and spotted this and loved the way it reflected the surroundings.
