Beautiful shot. The colors are so vibrant and the contrast between the reds and greens is great. We do not have sugar maples, or any maple that I'm aware of, out here in the west.

Thank you so very much. This was taken in Southern Ca., but in someone's yard. They are not native out here.

Great composition to avoid any kind of background thereby focusing our attention on the subject where it should be. I like that you show not only the red leaves, but also some green ones and some in transition. Fine details in both the leaves and the water droplets hold our attention.

A very accurate contest entry meeting the perfect criteria in subject and ambiance - good color combination, nice frame - nice composition, perfect focus, you did right to find a combination where the leaves are still totally intact - the water droplets give you a further ad , a nice shot, all the best for the contest
