The eyes are the focal point of this The texture and the shading still give me the sense of muscular chest and rich thick fur. The shading of the dark to blue background is very dramatic and rich looking. The touch of the dark red nose and the green eyes pop the cat and bring him to life.

Such a ferocious animal, yet he looks like sweet and soft. If it weren't for the eyes, it'd look really sweet. I think this is a really good likeness of this animal and I love pastels. thanks for sharing.

Well drawn and shaded. The colors are great. I like his green eyes very much. The white on his face draws you in. The background is pretty. Don't you just love pastel? Very nice image, done well!

Very striking eyes! I would not want her hunting me. Great composition. Lovely texturing. Good color choices. Like the background makes me think she is out on a wintery night stalking her prey.

The different tones really bring the fur to life, good expression with the staring beautiful green eyes, but you have captured the intensity of this magnificent animal. blue background fading to black really make subject stand out.
well done.

IMpact 5 the eyes are fantastic and look right back into my own. Color 5 lighting 5. Dont care for white close up but from a distance it really makes the cat stand out. Nice contrast.

Many thanks for your very nice review. Unfortunately pastels don't upload very well on FAR. The white doesn't stand out like that on the original! Suzanne

This is stunning the way you have done him. I Like the way you have done the eyes. They are so realistic looking and are staring right at you . I like the way you blend the colors and do the overlay with the white pastel. The detail is awesome. I like the way you do the background going from the dark to the light and putting a little bit of folded look to it. A excellent work of art.

At first I couldn't decide if I liked the white edges on its fur, but as I studied it closer, I decided that this is what makes the picture really stand out as better than average.

Many thanks for your very nice review. Unfortunately pastels don't upload very well always so on the original the white doesn't stand out quite as much! Suzanne
