A wonderfully detailed shot framed against a plain blue sky. A very artistic composition with great color palette. I am most impressed by the detail in the face and neck plumage as well as the placement of the beak in the frame.

Great shot! I love his expression, and the point of view you have chosen.
Just returned from the Keys, and I was blown away by all the beautiful birds.. pelicans, herons.. etc.
Unfortunately, all I had was my Galaxy Note 3. I wish I had brought my other camera. Great composition! Thank you for sharing!
