Impact 5 color 5 the purple really pops and makes great backdrop for the almost beige/orange monarch. Like the depth of field. Great focus.

Lovely monarch butterfly. The purple flowers/shrub is beautiful. The offset of the butterfly gives lots of room for him to move around. The focus is soft but clear. The colors of the butterfly seem to me a little dull but it may just be the upload. The green background is the perfect effect for the scene.

Thanks so much, it was rather odd as there were at least 10 butterflies in the area but they all had this faded look on outer wings so not sure if it was the type of butterfly. When open they were a lot brighter. Cheers Mary
