Good capture of the two birds, colours are good, reflection is good, but should have been cropped little more , too much water and the focus is off.

The colors, the lighting are bright (maybe a little too bright) and lively. The panoramic framing of the shot adds nice feeling of space to the composition.
I do think the focus on the two main subjects could have been betters (the brightness may e part of the issue in not see more detail on the birds).
I do like the way the image is divided on the horizontal, and the various shades of blues adds a nice depth and perspective.
