a great find, fitting the contest; what a strange idea for an insect to lay her eggs at the tip of the leaf here it can be so easily spotted by a predator; excellent lighting and sharp focus;

They are lovely little jewels. I just hope that the wont bear little monsters which eat your peonies, or at least if the caterpillar eat the leaves, that finally some beautiful butterflies emerge. It's a beautiful capture, which shows amazing detail and textures in the focal area and has just the right dept. The background emphasizes the "pink pearls" beautifully. Brest luck fpor the contest.

I love the color green so this is very appealing to me. This is nicely set off by the pretty pink eggs which I am now intrigues to know what laid them. The leaf looks lush and the blurred background emphasises the main focal point. Well done.
