Wow! He is definitely blue!
Love the color contrast with the background, makes the subject stand out more.
Clarity is excellent so as the rule of thirds.
Overall a great piece for this contest. :)

An excellent shot of this guy.. I have been trying to get a good photo of these "Bluebirds" for years now;) I didn't even KNOW that we had them in Iowa until a girlfriend keep showing them to me as we drove around in the country taking pictures.
