I think the goose thought the duck was a bit close to their nest? Geese can get pretty aggressive when that happens. Well framed, good action image.

Very nice. Are you sure they are fighting or is the goose trying to get some? Nice placment, good detail and I like how you cropped this down. Thanks for sharing.

the perfectness of the wings really makes this picture awesome.
He looks so much bigger than the white duck. hope he was not hurt too bad.
Great way this one is framed as well. Great job.

The stop action is what makes this shot unique. You have done well with exposure time getting the wingspan and water splash up. Your exposure however is off. The white is blown out on the duck, which loses details.
And yes, the eye on the goose is not visible. This is why I always say, one must learn white balance settings first, then set ISO, then shutter.
When these things are left on auto, the camera is in control and not you.
Still, it is a fine shot of a goose claiming his territory.
Nice action shot.

Great adventitious shot and you have captured the scene in a memorable way...perfectly composed and focussed...BUT as always I do prefer this type of shot 'flipped horizontaly' so the they are entering the scene rather than leaving it ...COMMENTS PLEASE...Monty
