Interesting photograph, and interesting notes about the tortoise. Good clear shot, unfortunate you had to take it against the sun not slowing us to see the whole scene. Nice colours and clarity.

A good frame, focus and exposure on a special moment, hope to see some babies in the future. Our local zoo, all dirt not grass so it is nice to see the green grass here. Last spring there was 4 or 5 tortoise couples mating at the same time. I am sure it was a challenge for some adults to explain to the young kids asking questions.
